The Wellness Studio is back for a month of movement, mindfulness, and meditation.  Located in Bentall Centre's retail concourse, the Wellness Studio is celebrating Mental Health Awareness month with a series of classes and workshops in partnership with 12 of Vancouver’s leading wellness and fitness studios. From yoga, strength classes, breathwork, guided meditation, sound baths, to mental health talks, there’s a diverse line up of classes to support everyone’s wellness journey.
